30-Day Defective Product Return Policy

At Duggins Custom Rug Worx, we stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our customers’ satisfaction. Our return policy for defective products is designed to ensure a fair and straightforward process for addressing and resolving any issues that may arise.

Policy Overview:

Customers are entitled to return any product purchased from Duggins Custom Rug Worx within 30 days of receipt if the product is found to be defective. The term “defective” refers to products that are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within the first 30 days of purchase. Please note that damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage incurred during shipping is not covered under this policy.

Return Process:

  1. Notification: To initiate a return due to a defect, please contact our customer service team at sales@dugginsservices.com or 850-474-9005 within 30 days of receiving your product. Provide a detailed description of the defect and include photographic evidence where possible. Please also include your order number as well.
  2. Evaluation: Upon receiving your return request, we will evaluate the evidence provided to confirm the defect. We may contact you to gather additional information if necessary.
  3. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product to us. Duggins Custom Rug Worx will cover all reasonable shipping costs for the return of defective products.
  4. Product Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect the item to verify the defect.
  5. Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, either repair, replace, or refund the item. We aim to process all returns within [14] business days of receiving the product.

Exclusions:

This policy does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage. Products that have been altered or repaired by anyone other than Duggins Custom Rug Worx are not eligible for return under this policy.
