Duggins QuickBooks Integration Internal Use Agreement

Effective date: September 2, 2026

This Integration is an internal Duggins Services business system. It is not
offered to customers, vendors, or the general public.

Access is limited to Duggins personnel specifically authorized to use
QuickBooks Online data for Duggins operations. By using the Integration, an
employee confirms they are acting within their assigned job responsibilities
and Duggins access-control requirements.
